SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods

  • USPS, UPS, & DHL

Expected time of delivery

    • Orders ship within a 1-2 days 
    • Customers can expect delivery 1-5 days after shipment.
    • If your order has not arrived 7 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier or (email) for assistance.
    • Note: If you live outside of the USA, please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Domestic Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Orders over $150 - Free Shipping

International Shipping Fees

    • Shipping is priced by weight and destination
    • In completing your purchase, you will pay shipping costs. However, duties and taxes will still be due for you to officially receive your order.
    • Duties and taxes are independent costs required by customs to import goods from another country. Every country does calculate these differently, so using this duty calculator may help you get ahead of your costs and estimate your expected duties and taxes.

  • Orders over $200 - Free Shipping

Shipping Insurance 

  • The best way to ensure your package is to select guide or route shipping protection at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, guide shipping protection will take care of it.
  • We do not guarantee the free replacement of orders that are mis-delivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.

Returns

  • If customer wants to return item(s) for store credit, Soie Apparel asks that customers cover return label costs. We do not offer exchanges or cash refunds, just store credit. If you received a defective item or the wrong item, we take full responsibility and will issue a return label and provide a full refund or store credit. 

Address Changes/Incorrect Address Policy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed after an order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer.
  • Soie Apparel will not refund or replace orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
